CENTURY 21, a Real Estate Brokerage, people have come to recognize in the Real Estate industry.

Todd Jansen

Real Estate at a New Level

Creating an atmosphere to help clients with a higher level of integrity, professionalism, credibility and knowledge inspired Todd and his wife, Sandy to have their own real estate firm.

Todd wanted agents to thrive in a non-hostile, fair, fun and rewarding environment. His own evolution in real estate feeds key aspects of the office — and sets it apart. The result is what he calls a “better level” of real estate.

His team of professionals have the ability to use technology in all forms to work with clients and take care of buyers and sellers throughout northern Michigan.

He began his career in real estate as a part-time hobby. In 1994, when given the opportunity of a partnership in an existing successful brokerage, Todd made real estate his full-time occupation. With the sale of the brokerage in 1999, Todd removed himself from the management role and focused on those parts of the real estate industry he felt were most important: market and industry knowledge, professionalism and customer service.

Between 1999 to 2016, Todd was involved in over 1,000 real estate transactions ranging from residential and commercial sales to assisting in the development of vacant land. He was ready when the opportunity to become an owner arose in 2016. He was — and is — committed to doing anything for his agents while continuing to deliver an extraordinary experience to buyers, sellers and investors.

It’s critical for Todd to be sure his clients are informed, comfortable, and never pressured. He continues to serve clients in Roscommon County, Crawford County, and Otsego County areas.

He and his wife, Sandy, have grown kids and grandchildren. He is a golfer, loves boating and being outside.

So, if you’re looking to invest, buy a second home for recreation in northern Michigan, or relocate your primary residence, you can trust Todd to guide you to the ideal spot, through a seamless process — and call you back if you have any questions about anything now or down the road.
